Provide administrative, student support, financial and operational coordination for the School of Science, Engineering & Technology. Manage scheduling, academic records in SAMS/myTimetable, student guidance, event logistics, travel bookings, purchasing and vendor coordination, and support program managers to ensure compliance and high-quality student experience.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects including market and spend analysis, supplier selection, negotiation, contract execution and framework management. Provide commercial advisory to stakeholders, ensure probity and compliance, drive cost efficiencies and continuous improvement, manage supplier relationships, deliver procurement reporting, and implement sourcing through Workday.

The Teaching Assistant will support Engineering classes by preparing lab activities, guiding students during lab work, grading assessments, and conducting workshops.

Coordinate procurement, invoice processing, budgeting records, WHS and risk documentation, staff rostering and supervision, and logistics for exhibitions, public programs and events. Support planning and occasional out-of-hours event delivery; maintain compliance and reporting.

Lead growth of strategic partnerships for RMIT's Health Transformation Lab and Activator by identifying opportunities, building and stewarding multi-sector relationships, developing funded partnerships and sponsorships, shaping proposals, and guiding collaborations from negotiation through delivery to generate revenue, visibility and long-term impact.

Coordinate international student recruitment activities including projects, campaigns and events; manage stakeholder engagement, data-informed reporting, operational processes and business systems to support recruitment objectives.

Coordinate delivery of RMIT Activator's residency and community programs, manage events, workshops, bookings, facilities, supplier invoicing, communications, databases, and stakeholder engagement to support founders and program participants.

Lead design, coordination and delivery of university-wide careers and employability strategy. Build partnerships with Colleges, Schools and industry to embed employability into curriculum, scale discipline-relevant approaches, manage employer engagement, and oversee careers education teams. Use data and benchmarks to monitor quality, drive continuous improvement, and ensure inclusive support for diverse student cohorts.

Design, develop and deliver higher-education curriculum and student-centred learning resources. Advise staff on digital pedagogies and educational technology (Canvas, Microsoft products). Produce interactive digital learning materials, manage projects and stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
