Provide administrative support to the Department Chair, faculty, and staff: manage calendars, meetings, travel and purchasing logistics, coordinate faculty searches and meetings, serve as first point of contact, oversee property control, and support departmental operations and recurring deadlines.

Provide administrative and event support for the RISE-THRIVE initiative: schedule meetings, manage logistics and records, communicate with campus and external partners, update websites, support internal research funding competitions, and assist Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research. Serve as first point of contact and support on-site event setup and troubleshooting.

Manage and coordinate sponsored grants and related agreements, support proposal development, monitor budgets and compliance, provide administrative support for facilities and procurement, and liaison with researchers and partner units to advance the Reserve’s research, education, outreach, and stewardship activities.

Manage alumni engagement and advancement for the School of Pharmacy by planning and evaluating programming, coordinating fundraising campaigns with WFAA, stewarding donors and volunteer boards, overseeing event logistics and budgets, maintaining alumni database accuracy, and optimizing internal workflows to support student and school initiatives.
