The Station Training Supervisor provides on-the-job training to new employees, conducts hands-on teaching, and ensures compliance with training protocols while managing tasks and supporting station operations.

Manage ramp operations and staff, deliver on-the-job and recurrent training, create schedules, enforce policies and discipline, produce operational reports, and provide hands-on support to maximize on-time performance and safety in an airport ramp environment.

Provide administrative support for ground handling operations: maintain internal control documents, monitor training compliance, create spreadsheets and reports, update schedules, process swaps and daily payroll, answer phones, and manage correspondence in a fast-paced office environment.

Prepare budgets and forecasts, build financial models, perform monthly close, variance analysis and financial reviews, produce monthly reporting packages, advise Ground Handling directors, and support ad-hoc financial projects.

The Occupational Safety Programs Intern will assist the Ground Safety team in ensuring safety and compliance, while gaining exposure to airline safety functions and programs.
