The Station Training Supervisor provides on-the-job training to new employees, conducts hands-on teaching, and ensures compliance with training protocols while managing tasks and supporting station operations.

Lead and supervise payroll operations, assign and monitor staff workloads, ensure multi-state and CBA payroll compliance, maintain accurate records and SOPs, resolve escalations, implement process improvements, and collaborate with HR and Finance to produce reports and support decision-making.

Manage daily ground handling and customer operations, supervise supervisors and agents, schedule staff, enforce policies and safety, conduct performance reviews, handle administrative reporting, and coach staff to meet company and customer expectations.

Provide on-the-job training and continuous learning for station team members, demonstrating equipment and vehicle use, delivering hands-on de-icing training, assigning tasks to new hires, ensuring training compliance, supporting station supply handling and special events, and performing physical assistance duties as needed.

Provide administrative support for ground handling operations: maintain internal control documents, monitor training compliance, create spreadsheets and reports, update employee schedules, process swaps, perform daily payroll processing, answer phones, manage files, and handle correspondence in a fast-paced office environment.

Supervise and deliver on-the-job training for ground handling staff, demonstrating equipment and vehicle use, providing hands-on de-icing instruction, ensuring compliance after training, supporting station supply handling and special events, and assisting passengers with disabilities. Role requires airport ramp work, varied shifts, and adherence to background, driving, and drug-screen requirements.

Source and purchase aircraft materials, components and supplies; execute and track purchase orders; negotiate pricing and lead times; manage AOG purchases and afterhours AOG rotation; reconcile receiving and invoice discrepancies; maintain procurement records and supplier relationships to support maintenance operations.
