Lead systems analysis and application development for the Office of Technology, including Workday projects. Supervise staff, design/develop/test/implement/maintain applications, review projects before production migration, and develop change control practices. Requires valid Louisiana driver’s license.

Provide high-level administrative, clerical, and operational support to the Director of Financial Aid and the office. Serve as central hub for daily workflows, supervise student personnel, deliver customer service to students/parents/staff, manage application documentation and ensure compliance with experience/education verification requirements.

Lead and grow the university's research and innovation enterprise: set strategic priorities to increase external funding, support faculty grant success, foster interdisciplinary research and student engagement, build external partnerships, oversee research administration, and serve on the University Research Council. Reports to the Provost; 12-month appointment; salary commensurate with experience.
