The Back Office Coordinator supports the Office Manager in managing operations at a medical facility, oversees staff duties, ensures compliance, and aids in patient care and staff training.

The Data System Administrator plans and maintains information systems for Supply Chain, ensuring integration with finance and procurement, providing system support, and leading upgrades.

Lead system-wide Accounts Payable: hire, train, and supervise staff; ensure timely, accurate vendor payments; design AP processes and controls; maintain vendor master integrity and 1099 reporting; improve procedures and metrics; collaborate with finance and management to support financial reporting and compliance.

Coordinate and support brand marketing initiatives: assist with paid campaigns, manage projects and creative requests, update website/forms, build email campaigns, write content, support community relations, track campaign performance, and maintain internal stakeholder relationships.

Develop, test, document, and deploy RPA solutions for healthcare revenue cycle using platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements to technical designs, manage credentials/queues/logging, monitor and maintain automations, ensure compliance and data security, and adopt APIs, OCR, or ML where appropriate.

Process and audit biweekly and interim payrolls using HCM/ERP and timekeeping systems. Handle W-4s, direct deposits, garnishments, payroll tax data, employee inquiries, reports, testing, and cross-team coordination to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.

Provide administrative and secretarial support including filing, reception, data entry, payroll input, spreadsheet/report creation, PowerPoint and calendar management, mail handling, call screening, meeting minutes, supply ordering, and general office coordination to support staff and improve patient experience.
