Supports attorneys in complex civil and technology litigation matters by preparing court filings, conducting legal and docket research, managing discovery and eDiscovery vendors, organizing case records, tracking deadlines, and preparing for hearings and trials. The role also involves coordinating with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel, with occasional in-person trial attendance and overtime as needed.

Manage and enhance the firm’s information security systems, threat lifecycle, incident response, risk management, and security technology. Review and investigate security events, coordinate threat mitigation, lead third-party assessments, design scalable security environments, provide security consulting, and support users. The role requires expertise in SIEM, network and endpoint security, cloud technologies, incident response, Linux, and enterprise security controls.

Support litigation teams by performing federal, state, appellate, ADR, and administrative e-Filings; handle complex and emergency filings, review documents for court formatting, maintain e-Filing credentials and docketing systems, coordinate service and chambers copies, and train colleagues on e-Filing and administrative procedures.

Owns end-to-end RFP responses and competitive pitches, including strategy, writing, editing, project management, attorney coordination, visual storytelling, and final submission. Develops proposal templates, playbooks, content libraries, matter narratives, and experience write-ups. Partners with attorneys, business development, communications, and marketing teams, monitors matters for relevant experience, improves proposal processes, and mentors junior colleagues.

Lead end-to-end IT projects within a PMO, managing a portfolio focused on AI, automation, and digital innovation. Drive governance, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, plans, budgets, risk management, vendor coordination, change management, and executive reporting to deliver measurable business outcomes and adoption.

Support corporate attorneys on entity management and transactions: prepare and file formation documents, draft minutes and consents, manage due diligence and closings, handle equity and capitalization records (Carta/Pulley/Shareworks), perform blue sky and EDGAR filings, process stock/option administration, and maintain corporate records and minute books.

Provide senior litigation paralegal support for complex civil and corporate matters: perform legal research, prepare and file court documents, manage discovery and eDiscovery (Relativity), supervise vendors, maintain logs/calendars, assist trial preparation and logistics, and interact with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Manage daily processing and posting of client payments, reconciliations, and accounts receivable reporting. Maintain client account records, administer retainers/trusts, apply advances to fees, oversee refunds and trust-to-operating transfers, assist month-end close, develop AR procedures, ensure compliance with legal billing and trust accounting standards, and identify process improvements.

Support trademark prosecution and maintenance for tech and life-sciences clients: conduct clearance searches, prepare and file USPTO and foreign trademark and copyright applications, manage docketing and watch services, coordinate with clients and foreign counsel, assist with enforcement proceedings and TTAB/UDRP matters, and maintain records in WebTMS.

Lead enterprise AI platform administration, adoption, governance and support. Manage provisioning, licensing, vendor relationships, budgets, usage analytics, training and cross-functional integrations. Supervise AI Systems team to drive secure, cost-effective, and compliant AI platform adoption across the firm.
