Manages internal and external communications, graphic design, social media strategy, public engagement, and community storytelling for the County. Creates branded campaigns and materials, writes and edits public information, coordinates media and community events, supervises a Social Media Specialist, prepares departmental reports, and supports media inquiries and digital content.
