Manage logistics, planning, and execution for 200+ annual on-site and off-site events. Responsibilities include vendor negotiation, attendee registration (Cvent), travel and hotel coordination, budget reconciliation, on-site operations, inventory tracking (Sortly), and post-event wrap-up. Provide subject-matter guidance to event hosts and collaborate across departments.

Lead and improve end-to-end grants administration, supervise Grants Managers and SAM team, manage the SmartSimple-based SAM system, ensure compliance and audit readiness, develop metrics and reporting, drive process improvements, and collaborate with legal, finance, and senior leadership to support efficient, scalable grantmaking.
