Supports university enrollment and registration operations by answering inquiries, processing student documents and data, scanning and indexing records, maintaining files and workflows, preparing correspondence and reports, and assisting with events. The role also performs data entry, ensures compliance with procedures, provides service to students and staff, and may train or lead lower-level personnel.

Troubleshoots incidents, deploys and maintains Windows and macOS devices, manages assets and service tickets, documents solutions, supports cybersecurity and licensing compliance, and assists with technology projects. The role also mentors help desk staff, supports students and campus stakeholders, and contributes to service improvement and continuity operations.

Coordinates daily operations for university aquatics and adventure facilities, programs, rentals, trips, and watersports. Oversees scheduling, events, equipment, inspections, budgets, risk management, and operational reporting. Recruits, trains, schedules, and evaluates student employees, including lifeguards, instructors, boat drivers, and waterfront staff. Develops programs and procedures, maintains safety standards, supports emergency planning, and collaborates with university teams. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.

Coordinates music technology resources, equipment, recording sessions, livestreaming, and archiving for university music performances and events. Supports faculty and student instruction, develops introductory music technology coursework, teaches one-credit courses, manages part-time staff scheduling and training, oversees expenditures, and collaborates on audio and video post-production. Provides consultation on music technology applications, supports live performances, and helps evaluate and enhance technology resources across music programs.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for employer relations, experiential learning, career services technology, recruiting programs, and student employment outcomes. Oversees employer partnerships, career events, outcomes surveys, data analysis, dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement. Supervises professional staff, collaborates across university departments, supports compliance and accreditation efforts, and uses labor market and employer insights to expand student internship and employment opportunities.

Leads the university’s Interprofessional Simulation Center and emerging technology strategy across health and human services programs. Oversees budgets, staffing, operations, space, technology implementation, and strategic planning. Develops interprofessional simulation experiences, evaluates educational technologies, coordinates research and scholarship, pursues grants and partnerships, and advances continuous improvement. Teaches and mentors students and faculty while contributing to university and community service.

Develops and executes social media strategies and branded content for university institutional channels. Advises departments on social media practices, content development, training, compliance, and platform management. Monitors engagement, audience trends, competitiveness, and platform developments; analyzes results and recommends improvements. Captures photos and videos, supports sensitive communications, develops procedures, and supervises student workers and interns.

Develops and executes fundraising strategies for WGCU and FGCU, managing a portfolio of approximately 150 donors and prospects. Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards philanthropic relationships; prepares proposals and gift agreements; coordinates campaigns, communications, events, and donor programs; maintains donor data; and collaborates across departments to align funding opportunities with institutional priorities. Represents the organization at community and donor events and supports grant proposal development.
