Designs and develops online, blended, and instructor-led e-learning courses and programs for adult learners. Advises faculty and subject matter experts on instructional strategies, assessment, educational technologies, and content development. Creates instructional materials, documentation, training modules, and storyboards; conducts quality assurance, focus groups, and evaluations; delivers workshops and coaching; researches learning tools; and contributes to e-learning standards, procedures, committees, and project planning.

Attend classes and student presentations, provide individualized and small-group academic assistance, and support the course coordinator with presentation organization, course-material distribution, and essay collection. Develop and evaluate AI-based pipelines using clinical text, ICD codes, HPO terms, and omics/EHR data to identify undiagnosed or misdiagnosed hEDS/HSD cases. Provides administrative support and operational coverage for postgraduate medical education residency and fellowship programs. Maintains schedules, documentation, trackers, committees, and confidential records; coordinates onboarding, training, accreditation readiness, and process-improvement initiatives. Assesses workflows, standardizes procedures, monitors compliance with university and accreditation requirements, identifies operational risks, and supports multiple stakeholders across programs while ensuring business continuity and service quality.

Supports French language testing and non-credit programs by scheduling exams, registering candidates, coordinating invigilators, preparing materials, providing on-site testing support, answering inquiries, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, managing files, and assisting with course administration. The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, multitasking, policy interpretation, and fluency in spoken and written French. It is a fully in-person, part-time position with variable scheduling and Saturday availability.

Develop and implement communications plans for Open Science initiatives, engaging researchers, partners, stakeholders, and the public. Create written, digital, audiovisual, and promotional content across websites, social media, newsletters, and other platforms. Lead communications for the Metascience 2027 Conference, support events and educational initiatives, coordinate with internal and external communications teams, manage media relationships, and monitor Open Science trends and policies.

Build and adapt online courses in MyCourses using content from FacED, import Rise 360 materials, configure course structures, manage badges and certificates, troubleshoot access and course issues, verify Course Merchant links, and compile Microsoft Forms responses. The role also requires video editing, multimedia software expertise, technology adoption skills, and bilingual French-English communication.

Supports accommodated examinations by accurately writing or typing students’ dictated responses in Greek and English, reading answers back when requested, and producing diagrams as instructed. Maintains neutrality, confidentiality, exam integrity, and accessibility procedures. May escort students, report incidents, prepare rooms, and communicate with supervisors. Requires reliable attendance, clear communication, proficient typing or legible handwriting, fluent Greek and English, attention to detail, and sensitivity to diverse student needs.

Provides senior strategic and operational leadership for McGill University’s research development and sponsored research services. Oversees major funding initiatives, research administration, institutional planning, policies, infrastructure, partnerships, and service delivery across faculties, hospitals, and research institutes. Advises senior leadership, represents the University externally, leads high-performing teams, and strengthens processes supporting the full research funding lifecycle. Bilingual English-French communication and extensive knowledge of the Canadian research funding landscape are required.
