Provide administrative and engagement support: perform mail merges, manage and update alumni data in an Oracle database, prepare communications and event kits, handle on-site event logistics and registration, execute database/spreadsheet updates, cold-call RSVPs, photograph events, and assist other Dean's Office teams as needed.

Make outbound calls using established scripts to alumni and parents to solicit donations for the McGill Fund, answer donor questions, record responses in the database, and escalate complex inquiries to supervisors. Work scheduled evenings and Sundays during the Fall 2026 term.

Support webcast operations by maintaining a webcast schedule database, ensuring staffing, attending production meetings, delivering assets from local servers to clients, and performing related administrative duties. Requires AV and venue knowledge, macOS and MLAPS/Unix familiarity, teamwork, client-focused communication, and adherence to strict timelines.
