Serve as the hospital's strategic HR partner leading talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits and payroll administration, workforce planning, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and organizational development to support engagement, retention, and a safe, mission-driven workplace.

The Community Liaison builds relationships with referral sources and supports marketing initiatives to enhance community awareness of hospital programs.

Lead and execute hospital marketing, public relations, and business development to maximize occupancy and admissions. Manage clinical liaison team, develop data-driven marketing and sales plans, coordinate events and media relations, negotiate payor contracts, and collaborate with clinical leadership to launch and promote services.

Greet and assist visitors, answer and route phone calls, perform clerical and data-entry tasks, maintain a clean reception area, support safety and infection prevention, communicate during emergencies, complete required trainings, and uphold confidentiality and professional interactions.

Coordinate nursing department staffing and schedules, maintain attendance logs, secure coverage for absences and emergencies, assist with timesheets/payroll issues, manage PRN pool, communicate attendance issues to leadership, and support safety and infection prevention standards.
