Engage local business leaders through phone, email, and other channels to promote BBB accreditation. Qualify prospects, conduct discovery, overcome objections, manage the sales pipeline, onboard new accredited businesses, collect membership fees, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Provides flexible cross-functional support across customer care, dispute resolution, investigations, account management, billing, and other operational teams. Assists customers and businesses through multiple communication channels, maintains accurate records and case documentation, manages changing priorities and work queues, and uses CRM, case-management, reporting, and approved AI tools. Requires adaptability, strong communication, organization, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Serve as primary Spanish-language contact for Accredited Businesses, supporting onboarding, engagement, renewals, billing, and CRM documentation. Build relationships through calls, emails, outreach, and community events while collaborating with internal teams to improve bilingual business experiences.
