Supports the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of formation experiences across a Catholic healthcare system. The role strengthens Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and mission integration by ensuring consistent, high-quality formation content and supporting organizational mission initiatives. The position requires a theology-related bachelor's degree and two years of experience in formation, mission, or spiritual care.

Leads grant writing and administration across HSHS and its foundation, including identifying funding opportunities, assessing and submitting proposals, tracking grants, coordinating grant writers, managing disbursements, completing post-award reporting, and maintaining relationships with internal leaders, recipients, and funders. The role supervises grant coordinators and works remotely with quarterly onsite attendance.

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, medical groups, and clinical leaders to drive referrals, promote hospital services, and identify growth opportunities. Execute territory outreach strategies, address access barriers, and measure success by physician engagement, territory management, and market growth contribution. Role requires regular in-territory engagement and collaboration with hospital and clinical leadership.

Designs and maintains security architecture for healthcare information systems and medical devices. Collaborates with IT, clinical engineering, compliance, privacy, and business teams to align security controls with regulations and best practices. Responsibilities include cybersecurity strategy, risk management, secure system and cloud design, and ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
