Provides tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, networks, servers, mobile devices, and user accounts. Responsibilities include ticket management, troubleshooting, IT asset inventory, endpoint and software management, access provisioning, documentation, basic training, vendor coordination, transit ticketing system support, and IT purchasing administration. The role independently resolves issues, escalates complex incidents, and may drive agency vehicles.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, manage Office of the CEO and Administration operations, serve as Recording Secretary for the Board, oversee board governance processes, supervise administrative staff, coordinate cross-department initiatives, handle confidential and politically sensitive matters, prepare executive briefings and records, and lead special projects and continuous improvement of administrative systems.
