Own social media campaigns and create platform-specific written, visual, and video content for OnDemand Education. Build brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook; manage influencers, online communities, and customer service interactions; monitor competitors and analyze campaign KPIs to improve engagement, awareness, conversions, and ROI.

The Strategic Advisor will develop personalized study plans, counsel students and parents on educational goals, and track academic progress using data management.

Develop individualized university admission strategies, academic and extracurricular roadmaps, portfolios, essays, research projects, and application materials. Advise students and parents through university selection, admission pathways, and long-term educational planning. Provide ongoing consultations, progress tracking, feedback, project mentorship, and recommendations to strengthen students’ academic profiles and applications.

Coordinates participant administration and bootcamp logistics, including registration, onboarding, attendance, evaluations, certificates, schedules, materials, communications, and documentation. Acts as the liaison among participants, instructors, internal teams, and external partners. Maintains participant data and operational records, prepares reports on attendance and outcomes, and resolves issues during bootcamp delivery while ensuring accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Organizes and operates virtual and physical bootcamps by selecting venues, procuring vendors, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating trainers and curriculum materials, and overseeing attendee onboarding. The role also handles live troubleshooting and post-bootcamp engagement while ensuring sessions run on schedule, stay within budget, and achieve strong participant satisfaction.

Manage a portfolio of 30–50 corporate clients to drive bootcamp enrollments and participant engagement. Proactively engage stakeholders, deliver persuasive presentations, and convert meetings into registered learners. Serve as primary account ambassador and support pre- and post-bootcamp communications.

Lead product strategy and go-to-market for offline, digital, and experience-based learning products. Own product vision, positioning, roadmaps, launches, and performance metrics. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Ops, Content, Tech) and directly manage Customer Service to capture feedback and improve products, operations, and customer experience. Drive business targets across acquisition, conversion, retention, upsell, and referral.

Plan, produce, and edit short- and long-form educational videos for TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Generate concepts, scripts, and visuals; oversee shoots and live streams; collaborate with Marketing, Content, Graphic, and Talent teams; analyze performance metrics and iterate to improve engagement and conversion.

Lead people strategy for Learn Satit Pattana School: design performance, talent, and development frameworks aligned to student outcomes; modernize HR processes and workflows; mentor HR team; align corporate HR policy with local school needs; and act as a strategic partner to school and corporate leadership to improve teaching quality, parent trust, and school growth.
