Lead a back-office engineering squad to design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack internal web platforms. Provide technical direction, architecture, code reviews, CI/CD, and mentorship. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable systems, monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Lead and engage a rider community, monitor and coach performance, handle community support cases, design and run engagement and incentive programs, gather market intelligence, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities including invoicing, collections, payment application, reconciliations, bank cash reporting, and AR analysis to ensure timely payments and accurate records. Embed with Transport Ops, Marketing, and Tech/Product/Data teams to own budgeting, driver-based forecasting, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and decision support. Build and maintain multi-driver financial models, perform variance analysis and revenue/EBITDA bridges, pull and validate data, and influence non-finance leaders to turn analysis into decisions with clear executive communication.

Manage tax compliance and filings (corporate, income, sales, property), perform audits and tax reviews, identify tax planning opportunities, analyze tax implications, use data analytics to monitor tax risks, support finance/legal teams, and work with auditors and tax authorities to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to regulations.

Support execution of a 12-month brand calendar by coordinating cross-functional teams and agencies, managing campaign production (ATL, digital, influencer, on-ground), tracking budgets, timelines and assets, monitoring brand KPIs, ensuring brand consistency and QA, and preparing reports and presentations for leadership.

Execute on-ground biker onboarding (jersey sizing, ID photos, kit tagging/release), assist new bikers with app/Telegram integration, manage kit inventory and reconciliations, maintain and clean onboarding masterfiles, and perform daily ad-hoc tasks like report updates and photo uploads. Frequent travel to activation/event locations required during contract.

Lead procurement operations including vendor sourcing and management, supplier performance, spec and quote review, site inspections, payment processing, order tracking and data entry. Oversee procurement team, ensure timely, cost-effective, quality sourcing, comply with policies, meet targets, and participate in training and ad hoc projects.
