Supports the Dean in leading undergraduate and graduate business programs. Responsibilities include academic assessment, ACBSP accreditation documentation, curriculum review, course scheduling, faculty coordination, student degree-progress support, graduate advising, experiential learning, events, reporting, faculty searches, and special projects. The role helps maintain academic quality, accreditation compliance, effective program administration, and day-to-day School of Business operations.

Lead creation, launch, and growth of a new School of Technology and Trades. Develop strategic and business plans, design workforce-aligned programs, build industry partnerships, oversee budget/facilities, ensure accreditation compliance, recruit and manage faculty/staff, pursue external funding, and track enrollment, completion, employment outcomes, and financial sustainability.
