Manage the bakery’s front desk by greeting visitors, vendors, and candidates; answering and directing multi-line phone calls; maintaining visitor logs and facility access protocols; monitoring breakroom supplies; supporting office and plant-floor administrative needs; and keeping front office and breakroom areas clean. The role also requires accurate recordkeeping, confidentiality, organization, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Design, develop, install, and maintain robotic and automation systems to improve production efficiency and quality. Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, and QA, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, read electrical drawings, and support continuous improvement at production facilities.

Provide Level 1–2 on‑site IT support for manufacturing operations, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, network/wireless connectivity, and servers. Administer user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID, coordinate vendors, support onboarding/offboarding, participate in IT projects, maintain documentation, and perform security investigations.

Lead brand strategy and execution for Silver Hills brands and private label, align cross-functionally, manage marketing budget, drive social media and launch plans, coach and develop the marketing team, and support trade show and innovation activities with occasional weekend work and 5-10% travel.

Lead design, programming, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of industrial automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, robots, sensors, and industrial networks. Perform panel wiring, FAT/SAT, safety assessments, documentation, vendor coordination, and train operations/maintenance teams while ensuring regulatory and food-safety compliance.
