Supports the learning delivery team by administering training processes, policies, vehicle bookings, prior-learning requests, invoices, volunteer expenses, and qualification records. The role also coordinates approved training packages, works with volunteers, follows operating standards, and provides administrative support to training managers. It is home-based in the Portsmouth area with regular office attendance and occasional evening meetings.

Supports district and troop teams in planning and delivering training for cadets, volunteers, and instructors. Coordinates approved training programmes, develops volunteer capability through coaching and mentoring, creates support plans using data, monitors performance against targets, and delivers engaging online and in-person training. The role involves regular evening and weekend work and supports safeguarding and equitable access to the Sea Cadet Experience.
