Executes standard university IP commercialisation transactions, including licenses, options, assignments, technology transfer agreements, term sheets, and definitive agreements. Assesses opportunities against approved licensing pathways, guides inventors and counterparties, manages negotiations and approvals, maintains transaction records, and escalates non-standard structures. The role also supports governance processes and improves templates, workflows, playbooks, and operational practices.
