Serve as liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to review and process purchase orders, create order headers, verify order accuracy using ERP, complete installation paperwork, and handle customer inquiries and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.

Lead and direct the logistics team to meet production and shipping targets, enforce safety, quality and ISO 9001-2015 standards, manage inventory and freight contracts, onboard carriers, implement Lean/continuous improvement, train and coach staff, maintain equipment and shipping supplies, ensure customs compliance, and maintain positive union and team relations.

Manage and execute strategic quoting and delivery of large dealer and US contract projects from bid/RFP through installation. Review bids, coordinate sales, design, and engineering, prepare quotes in Giza/CAD, conduct site visits, maintain project documentation, and lead cross-functional stakeholders to win and deliver projects.
