Leads development and community relations activities, including fundraising strategy, grant writing, donor and corporate partnerships, special events, marketing, public relations, communications, and advocacy. Supervises the development team, manages event budgets and revenue goals, oversees donor information, engages media, supports board development, and builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
