Lead and manage daily escrow office operations and a team, ensuring compliance with escrow and trust accounting rules, driving productivity, profitability, client relationships, and business growth while coaching staff and improving SOPs.

Research and interpret real estate instruments, court and probate records, and surveys to make insurability decisions; communicate with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, and colleagues; apply title insurance guidelines; and ensure accurate, solution-focused closings while maintaining professional customer service.

Perform data entry and transaction processing for real estate listings and pending transactions. Review and audit documentation, upload documents and photos to the local MLS, create and manage transactions in the operating system, and communicate with sales associates about incomplete files. Provide agent and branch administrative support, ensure compliance and data accuracy, and respond to agent questions.

Provide front-desk and receptionist duties for a title company branch: answer phones, greet visitors, manage mail and supplies, open client files in the database, and support escrow teams with administrative tasks to ensure smooth real estate closings.

Manage escrow closings from data entry through disbursement: calculate and validate fees, prepare and verify closing documents, schedule closings, balance disclosures, resolve client issues, and maintain timely status using proprietary systems and daily reports.

Provide escrow, title, underwriting and legal support; mentor and train staff; develop business relationships; assist company counsel and chief title officer with claims and legal matters; create and deliver CE education for Realtors/Attorneys; maintain professional client communication and represent the company.

Support closing representative by preparing and processing loan and closing documents, auditing contracts and title items, preparing estimated closing statements, maintaining files, recording documentation, sending checks, and coordinating with agents, lenders, and other parties to complete real estate closings on time.

Support franchise sales pipeline and deal execution by coordinating prospect engagement, scheduling, and logistics. Manage CRM data (Salesforce), collaborate with virtual assistants and cross-functional teams (legal, finance), prepare sales materials, and identify process improvements to increase pipeline visibility and conversion efficiency.

Manage real estate closings from contract review to funding: verify paperwork and title, coordinate lenders/agents/third parties, train assistants, build agent relationships, and attend closings to ensure accurate, timely transaction completion.

Supervise and coach a pod of Regional Support Specialists while performing hands-on office and transaction support. Serve as first escalation point, manage workflow and coverage, liaise with branch managers and partners, ensure office operations and compliance, assist with agent onboarding, and resolve transaction/system issues.
