Supervises Regional Support Specialists across multiple real estate offices, managing workflow, coverage, escalations, coaching, compliance, and team huddles. Provides office administration, agent and customer service, technology and transaction support, database updates, documentation follow-up, onboarding assistance, and branch leader support. Leads HubSpot CRM implementation, governance, integrations, data migration, adoption, and ongoing management. Develops business intelligence strategies, dashboards, reports, and insights for sales, marketing, and executives. Drives sales enablement through training, documentation, change management, and performance reporting. Partners with marketing on campaigns, segmentation, event tracking, and ROI measurement while identifying automation, AI, and process improvement opportunities.

Leads People M&A integration across due diligence, planning, Day 1 readiness, change management, and post-close transition. Develops integrated workplans, governance routines, risk registers, decision frameworks, executive reporting, and employee transition strategies. Advises senior leaders, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across HR and enterprise functions, manages confidential information, drives accountability, and improves integration practices through playbooks, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
