Supervises technical accounting staff and maintains ledgers, journals, registers, accounts, and financial records. Reviews and reconciles transactions, verifies invoices and expense vouchers, processes accounting data, maintains source-document files, and prepares standard financial reports and schedules. Responsibilities also include assigning, reviewing, and checking work; evaluating performance; approving leave; and handling other administrative supervisory duties.

Prosecutes all stages of organized crime cases, advises task force agents on criminal investigations, staffs cases with partner agencies, builds relationships with law enforcement and prosecutors, and presents matters to a multicounty grand jury. Reviews financial and business records, evaluates bonding and compliance requirements, prepares permits and taxpayer correspondence, resolves tax issues, conducts investigations, and assists taxpayers and other personnel. The role requires accurate application of tax laws, confidentiality of Federal Tax Information, and coordination with Oklahoma Tax Commission divisions.

Provides nonpartisan legal and fiscal analysis for Oklahoma House members; drafts budget and revenue legislation, supports appropriations hearings and negotiations, evaluates agency programs, analyzes revenue and expenditure reports, and coordinates fiscal information exchanges with state agencies and legislative counterparts.

Provide legal counsel to the Oklahoma Tax Commission including legal research, litigation and administrative hearings, drafting and reviewing contracts and legislation, advising on policy and procedures, mentoring junior staff, and representing the agency in court and appeals involving state tax collection and compliance.

Provide in-person and remote IT support, install/maintain computer hardware and software, manage user accounts and mobile devices, troubleshoot common applications, assist engineering with broadcast editing, automation, transmission, and telemetry systems, participate in weekly on-call rotation, and support special projects as assigned.

Provides administrative support to the Workers Compensation and Insurance Fraud unit. Responsibilities include preparing case filings, docketing court dates and deadlines, preparing orders and subpoenas, managing restitution accounts, coordinating witnesses and court documents, distributing mail, maintaining electronic and paper files, supporting attorneys and agents, and documenting meeting minutes.
