Operates and maintains the OLETS law enforcement message-switching system and connected criminal justice databases. Troubleshoots network and database connections, tests software modifications, audits agency telecommunications procedures, investigates misuse, monitors messages for regulatory compliance, and provides technical support, reporting, training, and user assistance.
