Troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call rotations, collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements, perform cross-platform work using Linux, update technical documentation, and implement legislative changes into system logic.

The Programs Manager oversees agency programs related to service delivery, supervises staff, develops policies, and evaluates program effectiveness.

Provide leadership, technical assistance, and support to Trade & Industrial Education programs (HVAC, electrical, electronics, energy, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, plumbing). Build industry and educational partnerships, coordinate student experiences (SkillsUSA), administer occupational exams, research best practices, and support workforce development and program quality across schools and regions.
