The Data Analyst Supervisor leads a team to provide data-driven insights, oversees projects, ensures data accuracy, and collaborates across departments for strategic decision-making.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates learning programs (ILT, VILT, e-learning, microlearning). Performs needs assessments, LMS administration, collaborates with SMEs, tracks supervisory training, collects learner data, and improves training using adult learning methodologies.

Represent indigent clients at the trial level across felony, misdemeanor, juvenile, traffic, and wildlife cases. Manage case files; communicate with clients and families; conduct investigations; collect and preserve evidence; perform legal research; file pretrial motions; prepare for jury selection and trial; preserve appellate issues; serve as co-counsel and provide support to other staff; perform assigned administrative duties.

Coordinate career and technology education services for the northwest region, liaise with schools and technology centers, deliver training and technical assistance, expand web-based career development programs, plan travel, report issues, and support statewide CTE strategic goals.

Lead financial management and compliance for Community Development grants, oversee fiscal monitoring and policies, coordinate with funding agencies and sub-grantees, ensure deadlines and corrective actions are met, and supervise staff to maintain grant accounting and audit readiness.
