Supervises legal staff, advises executive and program leadership, represents the agency in legal and legislative settings, develops risk-mitigation strategies, supports rulemaking, and leads legal projects. The role also provides legal training, coordinates resources, and promotes compliance with federal and state requirements.

Manages procurement and purchasing activities for facility operations, including invoices, payments, requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, change orders, service work orders, and acquisition of repair parts. Tracks P-Card expenditures, maintains purchasing and inventory records, advises customers on procurement rules, supports energy management software entry, and performs administrative and records-management duties.
