Lead and supervise a training team to design, deliver, and optimize training for the Workday Student system. Translate technical and functional configurations into learning materials, run instructor-led sessions and workshops, maintain documentation standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to support system implementation and adoption.

Serve as senior administrative leader supporting the Dean of Libraries, directing operational and administrative functions, coordinating activities for associate/assistant deans, supervising administrative staff, acting with delegated authority for the Dean, liaising with stakeholders, contributing to planning and policy, and leading special projects and committees to advance library strategy.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Interdisciplinary Business Honors Program, lead student retention and engagement, plan events and orientations, advise students and student organizations, handle communications and administrative tasks, and support program staff and faculty. Some evening and weekend work required.
