The Assistant Clinical Professor will teach landscape architecture courses, advise students, participate in departmental activities, and engage in professional service.

The Assistant Professor will focus on applying AI to enhance decision-making in agriculture and environmental management, with responsibilities in research, teaching, and mentorship.

Support directors executing recruitment activities and events to attract and enroll qualified students. Plan and deliver group and one-to-one engagement (in-person and virtual), manage applicant communications and ambassador interactions, interface with CRM/application databases, gather competitive intelligence, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet enrollment objectives.

Provide academic leadership for undergraduate and certificate programs across six departments and an institute; oversee curriculum, assessment, recruitment, retention, budgets, internships, study abroad, and distance education; coordinate faculty affairs including tenure and promotion policies, mentoring, and post-tenure review; advance alumni and industry partnerships, fundraising, and career-preparation initiatives; represent the college on university committees and statewide education matters.

Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, integrations). Provide technical leadership and supervise the Salesforce Administrator, assume admin coverage when needed, stabilize/refactor partner code, support CI/CD and data management, enforce architecture and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

Directs student transition programs and curriculum (UNIV100/101, UNIV362, TA courses), manages Terp Family Orientation, supervises staff and undergraduate TAs, develops assessment and communication plans, builds campus partnerships, participates in strategic planning, and represents the university at national conferences.

Provide leadership for sponsored project finance, administration, asset management, and proposal activities for the QCoR center. Serve as liaison to faculty, university leadership, and sponsors; ensure compliance with federal, state, and university regulations; manage budgeting, procurement, reporting, and revenue tracking; support pre- and post-award activities; establish business processes; supervise staff and align resources with program priorities to advance the center's research mission.

Coordinate campus engagement and readiness activities for an ERP change initiative, facilitate workshops/town halls, support data staging and scenario development, create communications and materials, and collaborate with project and campus stakeholders to ensure readiness and adoption.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure ML pipelines and infrastructure for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Implement CI/CD for models, manage data pipelines, feature stores, and model versioning, and integrate security practices. Support deployment in on‑prem, cloud, hybrid, and classified environments and collaborate with researchers to productionize ML systems.

Coordinate recruitment, selection, advising, tutoring, and student services for the IAP; manage applications, student tracking, databases, communications, events, and program logistics to support scholars' academic and professional success.
