Reviews and coordinates municipal servicing for development applications, including water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, drainage, and roads. Conducts site inspections, evaluates service availability, reviews subdivision and zoning applications, prepares development conditions and security calculations, and supports infrastructure design and construction compliance. Performs surveying, field research, easement updates, document preparation, and policy development while coordinating with developers, contractors, consultants, staff, and the public.
