The role requires lead follow-up, strong phone skills, desking or deal-structuring experience, a clean driving record, and a customer-focused approach.

Manage dealership finance and insurance operations, including lender portfolios, deal paperwork, compliance, inventory analysis, finance product penetration, department scheduling, and collaboration with sales. Ensure adherence to automotive regulations, information security policies, and professional customer-service standards while improving profitability and deal turnaround.

Lead new and used vehicle sales departments, set forecasts and performance goals, manage CRM adoption, coach sales staff, oversee prospecting, inventory, appraisals, merchandising, compliance, and F&I performance. Collaborate with service leadership, review financial and productivity reports, conduct sales meetings, and assist with deal closing to achieve sales and profitability targets.
