Coordinates the Educating Character Initiative across campus, including grant activities, research on Virtue Ethics, program and course outcome assessment, faculty development, student activities, grant acquisition, and budget oversight. The role collaborates with faculty, Student Affairs, Service Learning, Campus Ministry, the REACH Team, and Institutional Advancement while using data-driven decision-making to evaluate program effectiveness.

Oversees litigation management, risk mitigation, outside counsel coordination, case budgets, timelines, corporate filings, mergers and acquisitions support, property records, legal research, and contract drafting. Provides legal support to attorneys across employment, regulatory, medical staff, reimbursement, and corporate matters, including medical malpractice litigation. Requires strong organization, analytical judgment, communication, and independent decision-making.

Supports revenue tracking, recognition, reconciliation, financial reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling for value-based healthcare arrangements. Analyzes claims, utilization, quality, payer contracts, and financial performance to identify risks and revenue opportunities. Prepares financial statements, audit documentation, and executive insights while collaborating with finance, clinical, contracting, revenue cycle, and payer stakeholders.
