Provide training and strategic advisory to refugee, IDP, returnee, and host entrepreneurs to scale MSMEs. Deliver in-person and digital training, conduct business assessments, implement bookkeeping and growth strategies, manage entrepreneur relationships, track progress, and support admin, reporting, and representation duties.

Lead lending operations in Jamjang: supervise loan officers, conduct borrower due diligence, manage portfolio monitoring and loan-management systems, ensure compliance with donors and regulators, reconcile lending transactions, and support budgeting and stakeholder engagement.

Recruit, onboard, train, and advise refugee and host entrepreneurs. Source clients, deliver business training and one-on-one advisory, develop business and investment plans, support market linkages, collect and manage M&E data, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and impact tracking.

Manage and recover defaulted loans through monitoring, site visits, calls, negotiation, restructuring, and legal action. Prepare PAR and recovery reports, reconcile payments, support loan officers on non-performing loans, and ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory requirements.

Work directly with micro and small entrepreneurs to mobilize clients, deliver trainings in local languages, provide ongoing business consulting, generate financial analyses, maintain client records, coordinate community activities, and support monitoring, reporting, and administrative tasks in Lodwar.

Manage monitoring and recovery of delinquent microfinance loans. Monitor portfolio performance, identify repayment irregularities, conduct site visits and borrower follow-ups, negotiate payment plans, prepare PAR and collections reports, reconcile payments, coordinate with legal counsel, and ensure compliance with credit policy and regulations.
