Sell Optro's audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec SaaS platform to enterprise customers across APAC. Manage full-cycle sales, build pipeline, expand existing accounts, win net-new business, engage C-level stakeholders, demo solutions, co-create business cases, partner with SDRs/BDRs, Product Solutions, Implementation and Customer Success, and develop partner ecosystems. Build CxO relationships, create multi-year account and territory plans, collaborate with CS, SEs, Product and Partners, and travel ~25-30% for meetings and events. Use MEDDICC/MEDDPICC to drive complex deals, co-create solutions and business cases, and expand TAM through partnerships (Big 4 and boutiques).

Design, build, and own production ML and LLM-powered product features (chat, RAG, semantic search, data extraction). Write maintainable code and docs, debug issues, collaborate with product and design, follow Agile practices, and stay current on AI/ML methods.

Verify and record renewal orders/contracts, enforce renewal policies, maintain Sales and Accounting records, support renewal inquiries, coordinate combined deals and concessions, and produce renewal metrics while improving processes and systems through cross-functional collaboration.
