Serve as the APJ product expert for an AI-powered GRC platform, advising clients on audit, risk, compliance, internal controls, and ERM. Lead tailored product demonstrations, engage C-level prospects, support business development, provide regional thought leadership, and partner with implementation, engineering, and global business development teams. Hands-on owner of marketing systems (Marketo and connected tools), responsible for lead lifecycle/scoring, integrations and troubleshooting, email operations, tracking/attribution, data hygiene, documentation, partner/agency direction, and driving AI-powered automation to optimize marketing processes.

Lead marketing measurement and analytics across campaign, channel, and funnel; own attribution and forecasting; apply ML/LLM techniques for propensity scoring, forecasting, anomaly detection, and automated insights; manage marketing data stack (Salesforce, MAP, warehouse); build dashboards, deliver executive analyses, and mentor analysts.

Serve as product-focused legal advisor to product, engineering, support, and marketing teams on AI, cloud, privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity; draft agreements and disclosures; lead technology transactions; translate evolving regulations into actionable guidance; review third-party terms; and help develop commercial strategy for new products.

Own and grow enterprise accounts across the DACH region, drive new logo acquisition and expansion, build C-level relationships, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, collaborate with Pre-Sales, Business Value Consulting, Marketing and strategic alliances, and represent the company from a Germany-based home office with client travel as needed.

Partner-facing role to evangelize Optro, run demos and training, map partner penetration, mentor partner teams, manage partner sandboxes, gather competitor intelligence, and drive joint GTM opportunities across EMEA.

Own and grow an enterprise territory in the Nordics by acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts; act as trusted advisor, collaborate with sales engineering and partners, drive pipeline generation, and close complex, CFO/exec-level deals while managing legal and IT security negotiations.

Develop partner 'better together' messaging, create partner- and customer-facing content, and execute cross-funnel demand generation campaigns. Produce enablement assets (decks, playbooks, briefs), coordinate solution launches with Product/Sales/Alliances, maintain partner portal content, track partner-sourced pipeline, and collaborate across teams to optimize campaign outcomes.
