Support full-cycle recruitment by coordinating interviews, managing job postings and ATS records (Workable), screening candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing offers, onboarding, tracking pipelines and metrics, and supporting campus recruitment and employer branding.

Support project teams by reviewing, drafting, interpreting, and negotiating commercial agreements; respond to contract inquiries; prepare contractual correspondence and documentation; assist counsel with claims and disputes; produce reports and presentations; and use the Legal Group's systems and tools to support delivery of ICI and civil construction projects.

Provide administrative, reception, and office-management support for the Burnaby office. Duties include calendar and travel coordination, project admin (filing, minutes, document assembly), meeting and event coordination, supplies and equipment management, onboarding support, mail/courier handling, lease and vehicle fleet liaison, and assisting with O&M manual preparation.
