Own Blankstate’s brand narrative, content, community, website, owned channels, and market visibility. Produce posts, video, campaigns, launch materials, and thought leadership while building community foundations and maintaining consistent messaging. Manage SEO and GEO visibility, interpret performance data, coordinate with partners and agencies, and use AI tools to accelerate execution. The role is hands-on, based in London, and offers ownership of the company’s first public story.

Own day-to-day information security governance, risk, and compliance activities, including client security reviews, enterprise questionnaires, vendor assessments, ISO 27001 readiness, SOC 2 evidence, GDPR and data protection activities, audits, certifications, documentation, and remediation tracking. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, QA, legal, leadership, and client teams to explain security controls, maintain compliance evidence, improve processes, and escalate material risks under the direction of the Fractional CISO.

Lead ML engineering role bridging deep model research and production. Own end-to-end ML systems, translate research findings into engineering work, turn production regressions into research probes, and set architectural direction. Collaborate with Data & Analytics and Global Delivery, mentor others, and build evaluation, federation, and serving infrastructure with technical autonomy.
