The Senior HR Business Partner will influence organizational decisions, drive people strategy, manage complex HR issues, and collaborate on AI-driven HR transformation.

Designs and optimizes scalable Databricks and Azure data architectures, pipelines, data models, warehouses, and analytics platforms. Collaborates with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Leads ETL/ELT implementation while ensuring data quality, governance, security, and compliance. Integrates new data sources, troubleshoots platform issues, documents solutions, and mentors junior team members. The role also requires forward-looking architecture for AI and natural-language querying of enterprise data.
