Leads engineering projects from requirements definition through design, testing, validation, product launch, and production integration. Coordinates engineers, designers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments while managing scope, risks, schedules, budgets, documentation, design reviews, FMEA, hazard analyses, technical reporting, and engineering releases. Provides engineering support to production, quality assurance, and customer service, ensuring designs meet specifications, standards, performance, reliability, and buildability requirements.

Create electrical integration documentation, educate engineering and production teams, support field service organizations, modify multiplexing programs, and deliver customer-facing presentations. The role requires expertise in heavy-duty vehicle multiplexing, electrical integration systems, and CAN bus networks, with travel to the United States under 30%.

Supports manufacturing engineering within assigned production cells by implementing lean initiatives, creating standard work instructions, reviewing engineering changes, specifying equipment and tooling, maintaining layouts and inventory locators, facilitating capital upgrades, validating routings, supporting audits and quality reviews, and coordinating electrical checkout and troubleshooting with production teams. Acts as a liaison between product engineering and production while supporting pre-production readiness and continuous improvement.
