Leads the architecture, roadmap, and hands-on development of fleet management, robotics data management, orchestration, control, and MES software. Owns build schedules, dependencies, critical paths, configuration management, material readiness, inspection readiness, risk mitigation, and leadership reporting. Coordinates engineering, supply chain, process development, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to deliver predictable, scalable builds and resolve bottlenecks across multiple programs.

Senior individual-contributor responsible for designing and implementing automated test infrastructure, performing device- and system-level opto-electronic characterization (L-I-V, spectral, beam quality, noise, LIDT), developing validation and environmental test protocols, ensuring regulatory and laser-safety compliance, authoring test documentation, and providing technical leadership and guidance across development and production.

Lead cross-functional development of quantum photonics modules from prototype through qualification and high-volume production. Responsibilities include integrated project planning, budgets, phase-gate reviews, milestone management, technical risk mitigation, design-for-excellence initiatives, supplier qualification, second-sourcing, cost reduction, yield improvement, and executive status reporting. The role coordinates optical, mechanical, electrical, process, test, quality, and supply-chain teams while driving technical decisions and continuous improvement in a startup environment.

Leads the architecture, design, integration, and validation of advanced photonic and laser systems for quantum technologies. Responsibilities include laser stabilization, narrow-linewidth sources, low-noise control systems, optical subsystem design, system requirements, experimental validation, engineering documentation, laser safety compliance, technical roadmapping, and mentoring engineers. The role requires hands-on AMO or ultrafast laser experience, fiber optics expertise, and the ability to make cross-functional technical decisions in a startup environment.

Leads robotic process development engineering, including recruiting and managing multidisciplinary teams; translating optical and mechanical designs into scalable manufacturing processes; developing automated precision photonic assembly systems; and overseeing process architecture, equipment, alignment, verification, validation, and qualification. Partners cross-functionally on design-for-manufacturability, production transition, process optimization, and complex engineering programs while balancing schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
