Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, tendering, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, supplier performance management, cost and risk control, contract deliverable monitoring, commercial issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, and performance reporting.

Leads readiness reviews, recovery plans, consultants, contractors, and team development while ensuring safe, compliant, sustainable transitions from project delivery into operations.

Manages requirements, backlogs, user stories, stakeholder engagement, UAT, release coordination, product performance, governance, and continuous improvement. Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners while supporting Agile planning, issue resolution, adoption initiatives, and compliance with data governance and security standards.

Leads operational readiness planning and activation for complex assets and programs. Coordinates stakeholders across project delivery, facilities, workforce, technology, permits, services, and commissioning. Owns readiness reporting, governance, assurance, risk mitigation, reviews, rehearsals, acceptance criteria, and executive escalation. Manages consultants and service providers, coaches readiness teams, and drives continuous improvement.
