Leads the Customer Experience discipline, setting CX strategy, governance, and improvement priorities. Leads the design and implementation of Qiddiya’s operational risk management framework for large-scale projects. Develops risk registers, applies qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, monitors mitigation strategies, and integrates risk management into project planning. Provides training, facilitates risk workshops, collaborates with stakeholders, and presents risk reports and recommendations to senior management.

Leads group accounting, financial consolidation, IFRS-compliant reporting, accounting policies, internal controls, audits, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis. Oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, advises executive leadership, drives process improvements, and develops accounting personnel. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.

Leads procurement and post-contract commercial management for large-scale architectural and facade packages on the MBS Stadium project. Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, tendering, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, supplier performance management, cost and risk control, contract deliverable monitoring, commercial issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, and performance reporting.

Provides strategic leadership for operational readiness across major assets and programs. Oversees readiness governance, integrated planning, assurance reviews, activation gates, risk management, regulatory compliance, workforce and service mobilization, and stakeholder alignment. Leads readiness reviews, recovery plans, consultants, contractors, and team development while ensuring safe, compliant, sustainable transitions from project delivery into operations.

Lead operational readiness strategy and governance for major assets and programs, coordinating people, processes, technology, facilities, safety, regulatory, commercial, and service workstreams. Oversee readiness planning, assurance reviews, activation gates, inspections, rehearsals, risk remediation, contractor performance, and executive reporting. Ensure operational requirements are integrated from design through commissioning, handover, mobilization, and opening while developing team capability and standardizing best practices.

Supports the delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Data and AI products. Manages requirements, backlogs, user stories, stakeholder engagement, UAT, release coordination, product performance, governance, and continuous improvement. Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners while supporting Agile planning, issue resolution, adoption initiatives, and compliance with data governance and security standards.
