Provides advanced inside sales and customer support throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, contracts, and issue resolution. The role collaborates with project and finance teams to support project financial health across the Southeast region.

Partners with business and project leaders to execute people strategies, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, career development, engagement, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. Coaches People Practices Advisors, collaborates with HR centers of excellence and People Operations, and uses workforce metrics to guide decisions. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role supporting a large-scale U.S. project, requiring relocation or travel to the assigned project location.

Partners with business and project leaders to execute people strategies, improve workforce effectiveness, and support engagement, inclusion, performance management, succession planning, and career development. Advises on employee relations, coaches People Practices Advisors, leads culture initiatives, and uses workforce metrics to improve organizational effectiveness. This permanent role is full-time and on-site at an assigned U.S. mega or mobility project, requiring relocation or travel and continuous project-site support.

Partners with business and project leaders to execute people strategies supporting workforce planning, engagement, inclusion, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, career development, and organizational effectiveness. Coaches People Practices Advisors, collaborates with People Operations and Centers of Excellence, uses workforce metrics to guide decisions, and supports an on-site mega/mobility project for the duration of the assignment.

Supports construction project accounting by processing invoices and payments, maintaining budgets and financial records, preparing reports, assisting with variance analysis, resolving accounting discrepancies, ensuring policy compliance, improving processes, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities.

Leads finance and accounting for regional business units, overseeing forecasting, reporting, business planning, project accounting, cash flow, cost control, risk management, and financial governance. Advises regional and business unit leaders on financial performance and strategy, ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, evaluates project risks and claims, and manages finance and accounting teams across multiple projects or operational segments.

Conducts advanced research and analytics to inform enterprise compensation and benefits strategies. Analyzes pay equity, workforce, benefits utilization, and demographic data; develops dashboards, predictive models, measurement frameworks, and ROI evaluations. Ensures data governance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement while partnering with stakeholders to provide insights, recommendations, change management support, and documentation.

Provides remote inquiry and transactional support to employees through case management, telephony, chat, and email. Processes basic employee data transactions, documents activity according to privacy and audit standards, resolves routine issues, triages complex inquiries, and follows cases through resolution. Uses Workday and ServiceNow to support People Practices operations and maintains knowledge of relevant policies and programs. Spanish and English fluency is required, with late-shift coverage through 7:00 PM PST.
