Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Academic Officer, including calendar and communication management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, budget and invoice tracking, data entry and presentations, project support, onboarding coordination, and confidential information handling. Serves as a liaison among academic departments, faculty, executive offices, and external partners while monitoring approvals, priorities, schedules, and outstanding matters.

Supports continuing, new, and international students with financial aid and student account matters. Evaluates financial need, reviews documentation, packages awards, applies federal, state, and institutional regulations, and advises students and parents on eligibility and responsibilities. Tracks incomplete aid files, loan documents, refunds, and account balances; assists with collections and debt resolution; reviews NSLDS and COD records; and coordinates with university departments to resolve funding gaps.

Design, develop, test, document, and support enterprise PeopleSoft applications (Campus Solutions). Translate business needs into technical specs, implement upgrades and integrations (including Oracle SFP, Brightspace, Salesforce), provide production support, train users, and recommend best practices for PeopleSoft data exchange and system maintenance.
