Support high-volume recruitment and onboarding during election season, processing applications, managing onboarding, and ensuring timely candidate readiness.

Provide legal administrative support for juvenile dependency/severance attorneys: open/close cases, maintain case files and case management system accuracy, identify conflicts, manage calendars and assignments, prepare legal correspondence, and serve as clerk backup. Support includes tracking caseloads, resolving system errors, and reviewing court documents to keep attorney records current.

Provide hands-on legal support under supervision: assist with trial preparation and jury selection, attend hearings and witness interviews, draft and edit pleadings and motions, conduct legal research and write memoranda, meet with clients (including in jail), and, if rule-certified, represent indigent clients in court proceedings.

Represent indigent clients in court, prepare defense cases, perform legal research, draft motions and briefs, interview witnesses, review evidence, travel to courts and detention facilities, and attend continuing legal education.

Manage transportation planning projects, prepare scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical documents; coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders; ensure plans meet regulations and department goals; present at public and board meetings; conduct research and produce reports and GIS-based maps.

Provide victim-centered legal and clerical support for restitution cases: collect and maintain restitution information and files, prepare paperwork and motions, attend hearings, coordinate with attorneys and advocates, redact and scan documents, maintain databases, and provide referrals and moral support to crime victims.

Support, administer, and maintain enterprise data center systems (physical and virtual servers, storage, backups, monitoring, and automation). Administer Active Directory and cloud identity services; deploy and maintain applications and automation (PowerShell); monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure; manage backup and disaster recovery; perform lifecycle hardware and asset management; provide technical support, incident response, and on-call rotation while ensuring compliance and data retention for public records and regulated systems.
