The Prudential Risk Senior Manager will provide second-line oversight of capital, liquidity, funding, and IRRBB risks. Reporting to the CRO, the role partners with Finance and Treasury, reviews ICAAP, ILAAP, recovery and resolution plans, monitors prudential regulation, challenges regulatory reporting, supports risk framework development, and prepares risk management information for senior management and committees.

Lead risk and control improvements, finance automation, AI initiatives, and cross-functional business projects. Support audits, stakeholder management, internal policies, accounting memos, and compliance documentation while partnering with senior leaders and external tax advisors.

Manage a portfolio of invoice finance clients as primary contact, monitor utilisation and collateral, perform debt verification, identify early warning signs of risk, support onboarding, liaise with underwriting/risk/operations, and drive retention and portfolio growth.

Lead compliance monitoring and advisory activities to ensure FCA regulatory adherence (CONC, PRIN, SYSC, BCOBs, DISP). Deliver thematic and routine reviews, provide risk-based advice, maintain compliance framework and policies, design training, report to senior stakeholders, and support the consumer hire-purchase proposition while deputising for the Compliance Director.

Support Relationship Managers by servicing a portfolio of structured finance clients (stock flow, invoice, wholesale finance, short-term secured loans). Deliver excellent after-sales service, review financial statements and forecasts, process security documents and funding requests, maintain CRM records, prepare facility reviews, and escalate credit concerns to minimise bad debt.

The Portfolio Monitoring Manager will oversee the customer journey, analyze financial portfolios, escalate issues, and support onboarding of complex facilities while maintaining relationships for customer retention.

Lead and conduct compliance monitoring reviews (thematic and routine), advise business on FCA regulations (CONC, SYSC, BCOBs, DISP), maintain compliance framework, develop annual monitoring plan, deliver oversight and reporting, and drive improvement initiatives to ensure good consumer outcomes in a growing bank.
