Leads the organisation’s legal services, overseeing internal teams, external law firms, legal budgets, contracts, risk management, compliance, and legal reporting. Advises executives and senior leaders, supports strategic decision-making, negotiates and reviews legal agreements, provides legal training, and ensures effective management of legal risks and service delivery.
