Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Director, managing diary and inbox, preparing briefings, board and committee papers, coordinating meetings and governance processes, drafting and quality-checking executive communications, and supporting directorate coordination and insight using Microsoft 365 tools.

Provide employee relations advice and case management to managers (disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance), support formal meetings and investigations, track cases in the case management system, report on ER trends/risks, contribute to policy development, support health-related casework and organisational change, and collaborate with the People Team on projects and continuous improvement.
