Lead and coach the Provider Support Specialist team, manage front-desk and facilities for a River Oaks location, act as account manager for provider cohorts, track provider engagement in the CRM, handle escalations, and support provider growth through feedback and training.

Greet and support clients in person, by phone, and email; manage front desk operations; schedule appointments; verify client insurance benefits; assist mental health providers with administrative requests; maintain a welcoming atmosphere and handle multi‑tasking under supervisor guidance.

Lead design, implementation, and operational ownership of the Microsoft Fabric/Azure data platform. Build and maintain PySpark and T-SQL data pipelines and warehouses, manage CI/CD in Azure DevOps, ensure pipeline reliability, security (HIPAA-aligned), and performance, and oversee the DBA and Power BI developer while collaborating with analysts and engineering teams.

Provide front-desk customer service in-office: greet clients, schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, support providers with administrative tasks, and manage phone and email communications.
